US Real Estate Advisors has provided advisory services to newly-formed Boards, including the Board of Directors for UMH (2005-Present). MNR (2004-Present) and the Amalgamated Bank Ultra Construction Loan Fund (1998-2000).
We analyze recurring cash flow analysis to value a variety of real estate entities: publicly traded REITs, public non-traded REITs, private REITs and private real estate companies. We also provide insight in valuing real estate as an asset class by comparing real estate's risk-adjusted returns to the broader equity and debt markets.
